Happy weekend everyone! I’m working a full day in the office today and then right after Dan and I are going to a Mets/Phillies game. We haven’t been to a baseball game at all this summer (we usually try and make it to a few) and I’m looking forward to it. It should be a really nice night and I can’t wait to pig out on hotdogs, funnel cake, and crab fries! I have my cousin’s bridal shower on Saturday, followed by an evening of meatball-making! My uncle makes the best meatballs, so I’m pretty excited about that.
One // Check Your Beauty Products: The title of the article, “9 Beauty Ingredients That Are Banned Overseas (but Legal in the U.S),” immediately grabbed my attention. The article tells you why it’s banned in Europe and other countries, why it’s legal in the U.S., and what products it’s commonly found it. Not going to lie – reading this kind of freaked me about so I have it on my to do list to check all of my beauty products.

I’ve recently started to pay attention to the products I buy and what works best for my hair type, so I really enjoyed reading this article.
Four // Podcasts: To be honest I’m not a huge podcast listener, but when I was training for my half marathon and I didn’t feel like listening to music, I would listen to a podcast (Straight Up With Stassi was my podcast of choice, naturally). Tons of people listen to podcasts religiously and I thought that this article shared a good variety of podcasts to listen to next time I’m over listening to music.
Five // How to Be Happier: This article lists 10 simple ways to make yourself happier. For example, put your phone away at dinner. Super simple but it can make all the difference!
