The day you’ve all been waiting for is almost here! Tomorrow starts Memorial Day Weekend, the unofficial kickoff to summer, and I could not be more excited! There is so much buzz and energy around Memorial Day Weekend, and it’s one of my favorite days of the year. I’ve gathered some of my favorite essentials that everyone needs to have for Memorial Day. I love these red sunglasses (only $12!), this blue gingham bathing suit, and these cutoff shorts. I would love to know what your Memorial Day essentials are!
The weather this spring has been completely unpredictable. One week it’s in the 50’s, the next it’s 95 and humid, and the next its in the low 60’s and raining. I just can’t keep up. With the drastic changes in weather, it can get a little complicated when you are trying to figure out what the wear. Some of my favorite items for summer have pineapples on them, so I wanted to share some new favorites that I found that are perfect for summer! These earrings are adorable, and I’m obsessed with these pajamas! I also think I need this pineapple pool float to go along with the mermaid inspired float that I just ordered.
If you haven’t noticed, pom poms and tassels are EVERYWHERE. Every time I go on Instagram or Pinterest I see another straw bag decked out in pom poms, tassels or both! They are all unique and different, but they can be super expensive (many are over $100!). I figured I could make one that I liked but at a way lower cost. This project was super easy and only took me about an hour to complete. The best part… it only cost me $35! Read More
